Released 22 years AFTER Star Wars but set 30 years BEFORE it, this is the first Episode of a trilogy that will tell how the legend of STAR WARS has begun.

A Long Time Ago in a Galaxy, Far, Far Away… The story is about two Jedi Knights, guardians of peace in the galaxy, dispatched as ambassadors on a mission of negotiation. The Taxation of Trade Routes has been stopped to the peaceful planet of Naboo. The Viceroys are ordered to kill the Jedi with their Skillful Destroyer Droids. But they fail and the people who control the Federation-the Sith Lords are mad and Darth Sidious, a mysterious Sith Warrior and controller of the Trade Federation is forced to dispatch his apprentice and field agent, Darth Maul to find the Jedi and capture Queen Amidala, ruler of the Naboo to let her sign the treaty that will legalize the invasion of the Trade Federation.

While the Jedi rescue the Queen, they meet an odd, clumsy Gungan called Jar Jar. The Jedi were forced to land on a remote planet called Tatooine for repairs.

While on Tatooine, the Jedi encounter a slave boy named Anakin, Jedi Master Qui Gon Jinn salvages the parts of the destroyed ship by taking the risk of betting on a dangerous race, and at the same time rescues the slave so he will receive Jedi training because Qui Gon feels the Force strong in Anakin and he predicts that the boy will bring Balance to the Force and the Galaxy.
George Lucas did a great job in creating his first Masterpiece of the STAR WARS PREQUEL TRILOGY. The movie is full of action sequences that are well choreographed by Nick Gillard. The music of John Williams is fresh and thrilling. The Visual effects of Dennis Muren, John Knoll and Scott Squires are brilliant and the film was nominated for Three Academy Awards If you are a fan of good movies and Star Wars, you will love watching this movie again and again.
